What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email and/or phone number, who the inquiry is for (Kids, Teens or Adults), the program you're interested in, and any message you choose to add. We also keep, only to follow up on your inquiry, which page or campaign you came from (for example, a link with UTM parameters).
How we use it
We use this information only to follow up on your inquiry — our Admissions team reviews it and reaches out through the contact method you prefer. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to the SAH team. If you message us on WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. We're working on connecting our inquiry system to Odoo, the CRM SAH already uses to manage its operations — when that connection is live, your inquiry may be shared with that system for the same purpose: following up with you.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses necessary cookies (for example, to remember your language and your cookie choice). Only if you accept do we use Google Analytics 4 to measure, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where people come from; we do not send your name, email, phone number or the content of our forms to Analytics. SAH's three sites (sahconservatory.com, sahkids.com and sociedadactoral.com) share this measurement to understand how people move between them. We do not use advertising cookies or remarketing. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page.
Children
SAH offers programs for children and young people, but this site is directed to parents and guardians. Forms must be completed by a parent or guardian; we do not ask children for personal information directly. If you believe a minor sent us personal information without their family's permission, write to us and we will delete it. We do not use advertising or remarketing on the SAH Kids pages.
How long we keep it
We keep the details of an inquiry for as long as there is a follow-up purpose and, at most, 24 months after our last interaction with you; after that we delete or anonymize them. Data related to minors is kept only for the minimum time needed to handle the inquiry.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, update or delete your information at any time by writing to info@sahconservatory.com or on WhatsApp.
